Dear Patients,
Our practice is now open but we just wanted to be clear that this may not be business as usual. The treatments you are offered may be different to those you received before, depending on staff and equipment available. It will take some time before services return to what you previously experienced as normal. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your care and safety, so please be patient with the team.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. Our practice follows infection control guidelines made by the governing bodies. We are up-to-date on new guidance that has been issued. You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We have completed a refurbishment at the practice and updated our state-of-the-art equipment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
We apologise for any delay in answering and booking appointments, we are experiencing a huge demand and we are trying to get all patients seen as soon as is possible. Please see below:
1. Please arrive on time. No late admissions and we do not have the capacity to accommodate people who arrive to early
2. Please come alone unless it is a child or vulnerable adult books for an appointment. If this is the case the patient will be allowed 1 companion.
3. Please complete the medical history sent to you at least 24hours before your appointment where possible: reception@annahousedentalclinic.co.uk
4. When you arrive to the practice please phone us to let us know or use the video telecom and wait for a member of staff to collect you.
5. Please note our toilets will remain out of use for the foreseeable future
6. Please attend wearing a face mask, you will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival and follow social distancing
7. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms (The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.) or you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or self-isolating, DO NOT ATTEND your appointment.
8. You will be asked to complete a COVID 19 risk assessment form
9. We have fewer appointments available to allow for social distancing and a longer decontamination process so please do not fail to attend any appointments as you will be deregistered from the practice.
10. Please pay for any treatment by card if possible and bring minimal belongings
If you fail to follow the practice rules you will not be permitted into the building.
Thank you all in advance And we look forward to seeing you soon.
